No, wanting the fetus is certainly a consideration, but it then becomes a part of the relationship between the potential father and potential mother. If that relationship is good then it quickly becomes a non-issue. Almost by definition you are talking about an abnormal relationship, and once again it is probably for the best if that abnormal relationship does not include children.
