When John Salvi walked into the Boston abortion clinic with a loaded rifle and murdered the receptionist and another unarmed worker, was he brave? After all, there was a security guard there who might have posed a threat to him. And after he shot them dead, he fled to a hideout, just like Osama. Does that qualify as brave to you?
