Arraigned and arranged are very similar it simply slipped by in spell check. <<<In this case it was the very people who were going to arrange for the killing of the "Baby">>> Arraigned obviously does not fit the context or structure of the sentence as "arrange" does but you were either too stupid to realize it, or you are just interested in scoring some cheap debating points. I suspect the latter. None of that changes the fact that what they were "arranging" was by their own admission the killing of a "baby". That makes them baby killers and is the very definition of infanticide.
