If that was true he could have a done a much better job of dividing - it's not like he needs to sway anyone in the senate - he already has the votes. Besides he's already won re-election he has nothing to lose.

I agree women obviously have rights to their bodies - it's the far left view regarding minors and parental notification I have problems supporting.

Actually - they haven't ruled on that subject - it was tangential to the issue, otherwise we'd have a ruling in place today wouldn't we.
