his lack of an individual stage win has become a popular topic for the French media

can we say sour grapes?

i was listening to a cyclist on the local talk radio here on my way back home from the surgeon's office and they were discussing lance...

he said the 'scary' thing about him is that he appears to be in the best shape of his life....

unless something truly bizarre happens he will easily win an incredible 7 consecutive races...

basically the entire field is in the position of just waiting for lance to retire, because as the guy said on the show this morning, watching lance's performance, he felt convinced he could even take another TdF win

the discovery team has basically been a juggernaut, even when they were having some difficulties, they were in first place

ivan basso (italy.....sorry france!) is the heir apparent to lance armstrong

allez lance!!

:)
