This is overdue... Investors have not had a meaningful update since April 05. Fundamentally, we need info on the following:

1) Status of EPM meeting its summer 2005 construction milestones, i.e. can investors expect 4Q06 production. Per Prospectus: "the Company expects to be producing gold from the mine in the 4th quarter of 2006 if the spring/summer construction window of 2005 is fully exploited."

2) Status of $80M debt facility and details on required hedging. Would expect this debt facility to be complete in next few weeks.

3) Status of MDM turn key contract. Is EPM capex still $90M and is MDM turn key contract portion still in line with the Prospectus: "$55 million to $62 million."

4) Status of drilling program results. "Exploration activities recommenced in the spring of 2005 following the winter shut-down...To date, approximately 2,500 metres of diamond drilling and 5,000 metres of scout drilling have been completed on the Project site. Company geologists are reviewing the results" Potential for resources to be reclassifed as reserves...
