More BS. I have the numbers for each month for the past year.

Both USAF and USNAV active duty personnel strengths are down 10 months in a row.
Like the Army, both services are now understrength and have been for several months.

USMC is also understrength slightly. More if you consider they have not been able to increase to a previously authorized temporary increase that is still in effect.

Both USNAV and USAF announced an increase in reserves/NG on active duty this week.
