If there were no crimes potentially committed, then Rove will not be indicted and tried. I hope we don't have to wait too long for the grand jury to render its decision. I do wonder if you would be so lienient if this was Clinton's top aide? Somehow I doubt it. I could just imagine rightwing talk radio talking about treason and how he/she should resign, and other such jumping to conclusions. I think Rove deserves his due process in fairness to him. If our legal system finds he did nothing wrong, then so be it.
