"What ever happened to personal responsibility?"

You are a person after my own heart.

"If you break the law, you should pay the price. If not, then it dilutes the law for everyone else who is trying to be personally responsible in their lives."

"Should Clinton have been impeached for lying ...? No. That was abuse of Congressional power."

Something out of balance here. Perjury is a serious crime. It is even more serious when done by an officer of the court.

"When is Kenneth Lay, Bush's biggest campaign contributor, going to be indicted for the Enron collapse, that was certainly full of illegal actions and hurt many investors and employees? "

When was Clinton's friend, golf buddy, major campaign contributor as well as multiple time Lincoln bedroom guest going to...?

It is customary in a major case like this to prosecute the little guys to build up evidence against the big guy. Many small fish will cop leas to escape more serious punishment. After you have a mountain of evidence you get around to nailing the top guy. I hope KEn Lay gets to retire into a comfortable lifetime situation in some federal facility somewhere. You can drop the comfortable, but the rest is true.
