There's no vaccine yet but the influenza drug Tamiflu (oseltamivir en.wikipedia.org ) is effective against H5N1 (manufacturer: Roche).

Yes governments are stockpiling, but many orders are not filled and Tamiflu is not very effective against H5N1.
