Sergio ALAN is going to have to be more forthcoming with their information. I'm not sure if they are just playing things close to the chest or are just incompetent...Kaufman was a big hitter with ARCO years ago, surely he knows how this stuff works. If Anderson keeps on buying options eventually he will have all the say so on a voting basis. Perhaps then he will either force the sale of the company or kick some top end butt. In the meantime...the Ohio RFP that you mentioned was not what ElmoTech closed in on. The facility that they are talking about is a female holding house. What the RFP was asking for was for a 180 count pre release facility that was all male. To my knowledge that RFP has not been filled..supposedly ALAN bid on it, but wanted 900k to do the install. Ohio was looking to do a lease type of agreement for the remaining 400k as they had about 500k to spend on the RFP....Supposedly that is still in the works. At this juncture I'm neither trading ALAN (seldom doing any trades these days) nor am I buying more. As to working...I've never been so busy!! Most of the dining room, living room, kitchen, pantry and one hallway are now done, well the trim needs to be set, then off to the office, den and then UPSTAIRS!!!!!! Oh yeah, we dicided to add another outside door from the house to the outdoor kitchen...WILL IT EVER END?????? Ken
