Completely off topic:

If you want a fantastic, challenging hike in the Hudson Valley -- I recommend Breakneck Ridge (in Breakneck, NY). Best to do it counterclockwise going UP the white Breakneck trail (almost) to the fire tower and eventually down the yellow trail. It's a tough but rewarding hike. (The first hour and a half is a rock scramble overlooking the Hudson.) Mt. Taurus (two miles down the street in Coldspring) is an easier, shorter hike in the same area. Both about a 1:15 hr. drive from Manhattan. The NY-NJ Trail Conference East Hudson Trails map covers the region for both hikes.

If you ever go -- enjoy!!!
