Spoke to a realtor today, said there are 10,000+ realtors in palm beach area now, many of those within the past 5 - 7 years. Said it is great for him, lots of these discounters really fugging up a lot of the paperwork - great chaos in city hall. He said most of the pro's are retiring or already retired, already made thier money. I asked him will he retire in palm beach area - he said hell no - moving to the mountains far away from here, many people here have told me this recently, hate this area and going to move to the mountains when they retire. Only here for the easy money in housing related job.
