You are still missing what I am saying Mish. I am saying housing will fall in the bubble markets but the world will not come to an end. My points about excess land and population growth relate to allowing the overall economy to continue to grow this next cycle perhaps in areas with plentiful land and inexpensive housing. Japan never had that option.
