It's SOME muslims and it's a very small fraction. What some muslims do is terrible, and the religion is NOT a terrorist group. There are several flavors of Islam, and some of them are quite peaceable. That one militant strand is ascendant right now is a problem, but we cannot exterminate all muslims because right now a problematic flavor of Islam is popular. Rather than hounding people on SI, and being a bigot about muslims, go out and work to build relationships with moderate muslims. At least then you would be part of the solution- if you are really worried about Westerners.
