4 caps were popped in London and the explosives didn't blow. My guess is the guys need to remember that the Semtex is in the red box and the taffy is in the yellow box. If I was on a train and a cap went off in my backpack I'd never wear another backpack or get on another train for the rest of my life. Question. I used to do some blasting along the river. We used a gel that was grey? in color and came in one pound packages that were white plastic that could pass for Jimmy Dean sausage packages. No smell and a .22 bullet wouldn't set one off but a cap or 6,000 feet per minute det cord sure did. Any idea of what we were fooling with?
