I defer to your knowledge on this. Apparently you are right according to what we are hearing now. But i did hear someone earlier say these were the same devices as last time so i guess that cant be so then??

That would have been 60-0-0 which smells like 10 gallons of old urine, plus it would have been mixed with 10% diesel making it more of a gel than a powder. A blasting cap will set it off. Witnesses would have noticed the smell.
