well you can't expect them to just dive in all at once at 4% can you?

Who's to say they didn't start buying at 4.4% back in december?? Note that after trading below 4% in Feb, there was excellerated selling after the 41.12 high was taken out.

Plus, I would expect hedge funds to have sometype of hedge trade to have some protection.
