I agree with you. The only thing we can do is reach out to moderates. I think that is hard to do when we, at the moment, occupy Arab lands. Moderates are being turned because of our actions, and yet to withdraw would be to leave a civil war, although staying may also lead to civil war. My heart breaks at what is happening. At this point I just hope for the best, but I have no idea how the best might be achieved now.
