Yesterday, the president of NOW publicly compared Roberts to Bork.

What does she know that the rest of us don't? I did a Lexis-Nexis search and the only law review article I could find online was on standing and Article III of the Constitution (nicely written if you like that type of thing, otherwise a real snoozer). If he's written stuff similar to Bork, he must have done it while wearing a disguise.

I saw something funny on Hannity and Colmes last night. Boise (the attorney for Gore in 2,000) was on the show. Hannity asked him which of the current Supremes would you most likely compare Roberts too. Boise smiled and replied (the one whose name starts with a B forget the name but is a liberal). I saw Hannity CHOKE, first time ever. haha. Boise then went on to explain not necessarily in ideology but in thought process or something like that. The bottom line is BOISE gives Roberts his seal of approval. Says he is OUTSTANDING. Now if GORES attorney can say that where does Ted Kennedy come from? jdn
