The difficult thing about law from what I understand is that it is particularly hard to prove it was broken. I think I have heard that it has been successfully prosecuted only one time since it was put on the books.

Another thing that may happen, though, is that some of the people involved may be found guilty of perjury or other crimes related to covering up, which are much easier to prove.

Or she. Since Valarie Plame is known for bragging that she is a CIA agent and her husband is a diplomat, it may be her.

It must be difficult for her to be married to a guy who lies and claims the VP sent him to Niger to cover for being unemployable without help from his wife.
