Well, in case you forgot, China is NOT a state of the US of A, it is ANOTHER sovereign country. China can do whatever it pleases to do. The US gov. is sometimes so funny, just like the House the other day passed an oral bill that asking China to fire that General Zhu. What do they think they are? National People's Congress of PRC? Give me a break!

The US of A's arrogance has never ever failed to amuse me.
