There is only a certain amount of money. If money starts flowing out of other securities, they will rapidly fall in value and there will be little to move out of them.

There may be larger dollar balances outside the U. S. than inside the U.S. There are also huge amounts of Treasury securitites.

I would be grateful if you would continue this discussion in a polite and repectful way instead of adopting an insultingly familiar and condescending manner.
