Although the poster appears to be a shriveled up Don Imus drag queen wannabe I don't see his post as a candidate for a TOU violation.
His thread is a skeleton of what it used to be. Read their posts. Maybe a "Boredom" TOU may apply to it. :•)
Same with the PGWB thread, where if not for liberal posts would go back to its declining attendance.
