Somewhere bounded by the representation in other high profile government positions. I'm not suggesting the number "should" be anywhere - but I would make an educated guess it could be in the range of 10-20% today.

Given that even today some large percentage of women decide to be housewives and mothers first the true number of qualified women could eventually be somewhere between 25-40% in total in the near future. I don't think it will ever get to the population percentages, even if more fathers decide to stay home.
