I think those close to the situation might agree in some fashion, that when we have let a few go, they've turned on us. Were they ones considered safest to set free (to set some free is what you are suggesting)? Some fools out there like me, may agree that in any event, these captured individuals may well be, and dare I say it's highly likely that they ARE, the LAST folks we want to set free, in this war. Were talking about Military Justice here, and it's use is indeed quite limited, by the evidence. Let's stop our government from applying military rules to the war on drugs, etc (sadly, of course, they already "sieze to keep" (whether innocent or not), without prior trial/conviction). Dan B.
