What a hoot. The guy says the information is not public knowledge. I saw the general in charge on TV last week reiterating the good news. The reporter from NYTimes must have adjusted his aluminum foil cap to receive in directly, and so thinks he is the only one to know. The best thing is that he takes the news that there are a very few Iraqi forces that can operate without intelligence or logistical support from coalition forces and spins this as bad news. He also spun the information that there are many Iraqi troops capable of taking the lead as bad news.

The author would probably view his electric bill being lower as bad news.
