Iraq is not only a failed policy but it a wrong policy to use Iraq as a example of fighting terrorism. Bush is sending in troops to sovereign countries. He can continue to do so if his goal is to get Osama. But is that his goal? I don't think so.

And by the way, you do not confront someone. You simply annihilate them. Like the way Clinton almost did when he fired some missiles at Osama's reported hideout very quietly, without any involvement of ground US troops etc.

Now don't run for the dictionary to tell me what confront means. Instead, elevate your thinking if you can, to a higher level and try to understand what "confront" connotates.

Reagan did not confront Gaddafi. He tried to kill him when he bombed Gaddafi's palace.
