We already know Rove did it. And we know Scooter did it. We just don't know who else did it and if the Prez successfully isolated himself from the folks he ordered to leak classifed information. I suspect the answer to the latter point is yes, Bush protected his fanny. It will not touch him, so we won't have to sit through another alzheimer's incident in Congress, like when they finally caught Reagan.
