Bush was guilty of insider trading at Harken. A 6th grader could see that in a minute. He sold before the bad news came out and a memo has surfaced proving that as a member of the board he did see the bad news. SO he sold - to George Soros. Which may be why Soros believes GW is a crook.

You're right, the investigation was terminated. Why? Because GW said he lost his papers and the SEC didn't want to piss off his father, who was their boss, the president of the United States, so they say "OK, no papers, no investigation".

Hey, if the IRS or whomever comes after you, try telling them you lost the documents and see if they accept that excuse. GW Bush obviously pulled yet another Bush family favor, just as he did to get out of the war and the Guard a year early. In fact, this is GW's pattern his entire life until he was governor, get excused or given easy money because he's a Bush.
