If anyone has explaining to do, it is most certainly NOT the police! Are you requiring the explanation come from the dead guy? Your sequence is a story that the police might offer. I say "might" because this is a breaking story and it is often the case that "details" in breaking stories are wrong. I prefer to see what settles out over the next couple of days as the true facts and I don't think there's any one other than the police that can do the explanations. jttmab
