I think it is ok to criticize general behavior- for example, creating a thread where you slam people for their thoughts and feelings expressed on SI, in a group, in a mean way, is wrong, imo.
You got any particular poster in mind there?

Except perhaps for a few mentions of no to or abouts- but I think it was fair to mention that it appears to have been blown on one side, but not on mine.
Open to very serious question.

Please find a post where I was so specific you knew exactly who I was talking about.
'Ppears to me I just did.

What a load of word parsing, hair splitting, goal post moving, ego inflating, self serving nonsense.

I have no intention of having an ad nauseam debate with you about this.

Here's the bottom line. When you "claim" you no longer (insert outrageous behavior here), it is a near certain bet it will continue unabated, albeit carefully disguised in order to engage in (im)plausible deniability. No more, no less.

One example - Rather than name an individual specifically, you will generalize;

- 'some people on SI'
- 'I know people who'
- 'I had problems with someone who'
- 'I adhere to a no to or about, but some people don't'
- etc., etc.

Then you identify your intended targets alleged behavior followed by sneering ridicule.

It matters not which behavior you "claim" you no longer engage in. The same modus operandi is applied.

Oh, I'm nonplussed by your cover of publicly "claiming" you no longer (insert BS here), then you make sure you carefully avoid that behavior, post puffery & sweet nothings for the next 24 - 48 hours. Then it's back to business as usual. How many times do you think that turd floats before it becomes obvious? You may fervently believe we are that dumb, but you'd be wrong again.

BTW, your "claims" of new found perfection & oneness with the universe may work on your groupthink minions. That doesn't work on rational, objective people who read your screeds.
