I would expect Florida be among the last to show weakness unless we get that killer CAT 5 hurricane into a highly populated area. Other than that we should lag Boston and NYC by 3-6 months. For now single family in South Florida as best I can tell is still very hot. However, I think speculation in new high end condos is in the bottom of the ninth inning. The latest projects completed this year sit mostly empty while a lot more new product is also coming on line soon.
