W seems to have bought the whole Laffer Curve bull**** lock stock and barrel.

I will take a back seat to no one in agreeing that congress is spending too much. But running your economic program based on a static outlook rather than a dynamic one is the road to failure, IMO. The Laffer curve is working.

The Laffer curve is just econ101. It's not even controversial. Only question always was where we are on the curve. Experience proved that Laffer was correct in saying we were on the downward side of the tax/revenue curve.
