We talked of a business of having Smart Cars owned by a franchise, and renting them from their pre-reserved parking place....just to drive around town. Take a bus into town, and everyone would drive a Smart Car around town. Short of having cars that fly (and someday, I think that we will...you and I unfortunately won't be alive to see it I don't think)...Smart Cars seem like they would be a great answer for the parking problems... I've long thought that we are missing the boat, so to speak, in not allowing our cities and towns to have golf carts (and now Smart Cars) be the mode of transportation around town...
