IMO leveraged homeowners will eventually get wiped out in hyperinflation. I have explained how it would happen on several occasions, if you would like i can post it again

Yes I would like to read your thoughts. You could either PM your thoughts or post a link to your earlier post. I am curious what you consider leveraged and also hyperinflation and your thought of deflation.

I have a German friend whose family lived through the hyper-inflation of the Weimar Republic, the Nazi regime and the German reconstruction post WWII. She is a firm believer in RE simply because it was the only asset that her family was able to hold onto throughout all those upheavals, it fed them when all their financial assets were rendered worthless.
