You should stop listening to or reading rightwing propaganda. Just go cold turkey. No Limbaugh, Hannity, Newsmax, nothing. Try it for awhile. See, there's a deliberate brainwashing that goes on with the rightwing media. It involves hypnotically repeating the same inflammtory and usually totally inaccurate smears over and over and over. The Limbaugh types will tell you that liberals are the root of all evils, but then we find out Rush is a longtime drug addict and possible homosexual. Rove, Mehlman, Coulter, a lot of them are closet cases, but it doesn't change their job, repeating hate-filled blame game mantras over and over and over. They will tell you "liberals" are ruining America, soft on terror and destroying Bush's great victory in Iraq, yet look around. Whose watch did 9-11 happen on? Who started the Iraq War then failed to prepare for the occupation? Who is it who's fighting gouging and corruption in this country? Also, how many actual liberals are even in power in this country? Not very many. Even liberal states like Mass and Calif have GOP governors. Howard Dean is fiscally conservative and wasnts to cut Social Security and medicare payments. The networks are pretty much owned by Bush supporters. So where are all these liberals? Do they mean actors and musicians? Artist types? What about Bruce Wilia, Arnold, all the C+W stars? Whatever they mean, they smear liberals in outrageous ways. Many liberals I know defy all the stereotypes and can also be very tough and conservative on some issues, as conservatives canm be very liberal on some issues. Like how many rightwingers puff pot or go for porno and hookers? Millions. And how many conservatives are gay? Hundreds of thousands. Maybe milllions when you include the deep-cover closet types who never step out of the closet. Anyway, go cold turkey on the rightwing media and then call me in a month. See if it's opened your mind. because in reality, we would be much better off with Kerry in charge now, unless of course you're in the oil or weapons business. Or you're very rich.
