Perhaps the satellite is an expansion. The employees may not have the longevity yet to hate their jobs and their customers. I have noticed that the station manager can affect attitudes. I once complained to a counter worker, and they tracked me down through my PO box and the manager called asking what she could do to help. It was the cheeriest station in town at the time.
