No one has been charged with anything. Nor, in many cases, is publishing even 'secret' government information a crime. (There are, of course, specific exceptions.) However, leaking classified info often DOES violate federal regulations....

I'm old fashioned and conservative enough to still believe that a person has to actually be CHARGED with a criminal violation... then have a trial and be convicted of the offense... before they ever get sentenced to the GrayBar Hotel.

Maybe you are some kind of new-fangled liberal though who doesn't believe in that?
