Are you appointing me KING? Thanks for the promotion! (Does that mean I'm in charge of saying what is, and what isn't legal now? Wow!) "then the members of the press with all of their leaked "security" memos should go to the pokey with them." No one has been charged with anything. Nor, in many cases, is publishing even 'secret' government information a crime. (There are, of course, specific exceptions.) However, leaking classified info often DOES violate federal regulations.... I'm old fashioned and conservative enough to still believe that a person has to actually be CHARGED with a criminal violation... then have a trial and be convicted of the offense... before they ever get sentenced to the GrayBar Hotel. Maybe you are some kind of new-fangled liberal though who doesn't believe in that?
