But I don't have a mortgage, so that isn't an issue. I do still have a son in school which is the main reason to remain in this area.

i think the severe bubble areas will have a Nasdaq 5000-like top. in other words, after the crash the prices will probably not return to their highs in real terms (and possibly not even in nominal terms) in their lifetimes.
