May I add Pelosi and Reid to your list? As to Roberts, I have noticed that most of the leading Dems are saying nice things about Roberts qualifications BUT are preparing to ask for documents they know full well cannot be supplied to them under law and/or precedent. In additions they are preparing to ask Roberts questions that were he to answer would make him a less then worthy nominee for the court. I think I have figured out their game. They know they CANNOT go against Roberts directly as his record is too shining, so they will do it obliquely. When the vote comes, they will say OH, good man but sadly I cant vote for him cause he wouldn't answer questions/supply documents. Will this work? Will the American people see through this obvious ploy to DESTROY OUR SUPREME COURT? Who knows? But, Schumer/Kennedy/Leahy/Kerry and others are AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. They are as dangerous to us average citizens as any terrorist in Iraq. jdn
