Are you implying that many of the Muslims in European countries have full citizenship? I was under the impression that a lot of them are very recent immigrants, and that in most European countries it is very difficult to get citizenship. This is one reason the whole idea of the European Union is so unpopular among the citizenry right now--once someone enters the Union and becomes a citizen of one country, they have free, unsupervised movement across Europe, and can live and work in any EU country. So Europe has effectively lost control of its borders, a very bad idea.
