Buddy, heres the deal, those big estates like you worry about NEVER PAY ANY TAXES at all. You think LOUD MOUTH KENNEDY ever paid any? You think the Rockefellers ever paid any? I was once the accountant for the Johnson and Johnson fortune, you think they paid any? hehe. If you only knew. The people getting hit with the death tax are the middle rich, the farmers, the plumbers the electricians whose family business's have some wealth BUT NO CASH. The govt often ruins these businesses as they have to go out and BORROW the money to pay the death tax, as a result the business cant survive, people lose their jobs etc etc. Plus, this country had a revolution once for TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. Death tax is a tax on already taxed assets. Its wrong, its stealing and it ought to be abolished. jdn
