It doesn't look as if they saw this one coming, they focused on the charge of blowing Valerie's cover. I suspect Rove thinks he's pretty much invulnerable. BTW I don't think he thought he was going to lose the WA governorship either. They spent a good chunk of change trying to get that feather into their cap. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of guys.
