i would not go as far as to say that, but certainly if a religion/ideology maintains this notion of 'lying for the sake of allah' as a means to further the cause....it does complicate matters immensely when deciding who or what to believe... on a one to one level, i would give any friend of mine who happened to be muslim the benefit of the doubt wrt interpersonal relations, but when it comes to dealing with muslim leaders i think i would work off of the premise that 'al-takeyaa' could be operating i think it is simply naive to think otherwise
