They'll go down but will they get the rope they deserve or the Martha Stewart luxury treatment? Convicting them on perjury and obstruction of justice is a no brainer. I believe this is just the tip of the ice berg of a criminal conspiracy to falsify intelligence data that eld to war. Impeach bush now!!!

Yes, Rovegate/Plamegate could be bigger than Watergate, or have the same ultimate effect. It's certainly a bigger crime when you add in the fact it involves covering up the fact Bush-Cheney and all their people were lying about Saddam's WMD's.

BTW: In this book on the Marines invasion of Iraq, I noticed the Marine's observation that he thought it was Saddam who first cooked up the myth he had WMD's. Not just to scare us but to scare his own people. In fact, whatever WMD's he once had were destrooyed in the 1991-1998 period. Bush should have made sure about his intel before committing us to the invasion, and especially the occupation.

The Marine also noted what a crazy out of control country Iraq is, how foreign it is to American eyes and how you can never tell friend from foe. Therefore, it should have been the last place we wanted to occupy. Finally, the Marine admitted he knew he was probably fighting just for fat cat Texas oilmen, but he didn't care. He wanted to "get some".
