Interesting that you wish for Churchill. He was one voice crying out in the wilderness of liberals who wanted nothing more than to appease Hitler. Churchill was an unabashed hawk who knew evil when he saw it. He knew that the sooner you confront evil, the smaller the amount of damage that evil could do. I wasn't crying out for Winston Churchill. That illusion died long ago. However, he's a favorite for many. We need someone more like Clinton without the BJs or even Bush I. He understood that when the US sneezes the world gets the flu. And consequently, the US must always take small steps. We have taken too many big steps and the world is into a bad case of pneumonia.
