As to whether or not I think they are doing a good job, I'd say NO. The recent decision on property and the decisions siding with the ACLU on the banning of God from everything, are things I think they've made mistakes on. So I don't think they've done a good job only because they are leaning liberal, but that's my politics. Just for the record......the banning of God from school may be a liberal thing, but eminent domain is a right wing concept and its a favorite among wealthy real estate developers. But when I go through their resumes, it's a pretty stellar bunch of people. I think they are most certainly qualified for their positions. At least our Justices are all over achievers in their universe. Can't say the same thing for the legislative and executive branches, which both have a bunch of underachieving buffoons in them. I'll agree with you there. I am surprised at some of the stuff that comes out of these people's mouths.
