Wow, knowing as we do today, hitler was daily injected in his buttocks with all sorts of drugs, you think in sanity who the PM of England was would have made a difference. I would not call that a leap, I would call it the thwock at the end of a leap.

If Churchill would have been PM instead of Chamberlain, I think Hitler would've been stopped at the Rhineland.

No doubt about it. Hitler would have had to scuttle out of the Rhineland, if he had gone in at all in the face of what would have been Churchill's very vocal opposition.

But that would not have been a preemptive situation. He would have been responding to Hitler's threat.
