Have you read Kristoffer Garin's new book; "Devils on the Deep Blue Sea"? It's a pretty good expose of the cruise ship industry and how poor their environmental record is, the extent they go to avoid paying taxes, etc. A lot of good insight (also a few boring chapters). Not the most exciting book, but overall it was okay.
